At Re-Deal, we strive to ensure every refurbished device meets high-quality standards. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product if:

  • The device is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The product delivered does not match the description on our website.
  • The return request is initiated within 3 days of delivery.

*Please note: Change of mind is generally not accepted as a valid reason for return.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our technical team will inspect it. If the return is approved:

  • We will initiate the refund to your original payment method (bkash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer).
  • Refunds generally take 5-10 business days to process.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can replace the defective unit with another unit of the same model and condition, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.

5. Conditions for Return

  • The device must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All accessories, original packaging, and free gifts (if any) must be included.
  • The warranty seal must be intact.
  • You must provide the original purchase invoice.
