Re-Deal operates an e-commerce platform in Bangladesh for buying and selling refurbished electronics. By using our site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or visiting under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
We attempt to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, since these are refurbished items, minor cosmetic imperfections may exist depending on the assigned grade (e.g., Grade A, B). We do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely error-free.
Re-Deal reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity. In such cases, if payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.
We deliver across Bangladesh using third-party courier services. Delivery times are estimates (usually 2-5 days) and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or location.
Re-Deal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
