All eligible devices come with a specific free service period (typically matching the warranty duration). During this time, labor charges for repairs are waived. Spare parts, if needed, may be chargeable depending on the warranty terms.
Service requests falling outside the warranty period or covering non-warranty issues (e.g., physical damage, water damage) will be treated as paid services. We will provide a cost estimate for parts and labor before proceeding with any repair.
We aim to complete standard repairs within 3-7 business days. However, complex issues or parts unavailability may extend this duration. We will keep you updated on the progress of your device.
